This is a historical archive of pages published at seconds-count.org in 2007 and 2008. It is not a medical society, a certifying body, a hospital or a health authority, and it offers no medical advice and no physician referrals.
What survived
The site backup for seconds-count.org contained two pages of original material: the 2007 homepage (index.html, duplicated at one escaped path) and one monthly archive page from the Physicians’ Blog (blog/index.html, January 2008). One icon file, favicon.svg, also survived. The Flash panel, the stylesheet, the image directory and every Details.aspx section body were absent.
What was excluded
The backup also contained five Japanese-language mail-order pages added after the domain expired. They are not part of this site’s history and are not reproduced, linked or listed in the sitemap.
How it was rebuilt
The surviving text is set out at readable routes with its original dates attached. Where a page body did not survive, the route says so plainly rather than carrying replacement text. No headline, paragraph, date, category or statistic on this site was written for it.

There is no contact address in the recovered files, so none is published here. Correspondence about this archive should be directed to the current registrant of the domain.
